We’re proud to announce another exciting milestone: achieving our Gold EcoVadis Medal for the third consecutive year. We are placed in the top 5 percent of companies rated by EcoVadis, a testament to our ongoing sustainability efforts and progress.
How EcoVadis’ Rating System Works
EcoVadis is a sustainability rating tool that assesses companies on their social, ethical and environmental impact. With 21 corporate social responsibility criteria, it provides valuable insight into the quality of an organization’s management cycle on various CSR-related topics.
EcoVadis’ assessment is divided into four categories: Environment, Labor and Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement. The results are provided in a scoring card, giving a clear overview of the strengths and areas of improvement of any organization.
The EcoVadis sustainability recognition levels are based on the percentile rank of a company’s EcoVadis score. They are reviewed periodically. The Gold medal Learnlight received is awarded to the top 5% of companies (those with 95+ percentile).
This year, Learnlight ranked 70/100 in the Environment and Labor & Human Rights categories and achieved a perfect 100/100 in the Ethics category. The assessment report highlighted many of our strengths, including:
- Flexible working arrangements and policies on employee health & safety and working conditions
- Reporting on labor & human rights issues and career management & training
- Employee awareness programs for information security and the environment
- Provision of skills development training
