Learnlight and Salesforce Win Bronze in the 2025 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards

News

Learnlight and Salesforce are proud to announce that together we have been awarded a Bronze medal in the 2025 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards™ in the category Best Advance in Education Delivered Through Technology.

This recognition celebrates the measurable impact of our collaboration in delivering transformational communication training that strengthens global performance and drives strategic business results.

Our joint submission, “Learnlight’s Transformational Impact: The Communication Training That Delivers Strategic Business Results,” highlighted how Salesforce leveraged Learnlight’s blended learning methodology — combining world-class trainers, science-backed content, and an AI-enabled digital platform — to empower employees across regions to communicate with greater clarity, confidence, and cultural fluency. The program not only elevated individual capability; it strengthened connection, collaboration, and leadership across a complex, high-growth global organisation.

Reflecting on the achievement, Rupert Hillier, CEO of Learnlight, shared:

“This award is a testament to what becomes possible when an organisation like Salesforce commits to developing its people and chooses a partner determined to deliver measurable impact. Communication is a strategic capability — one that shapes how teams collaborate, innovate, and perform. We are incredibly proud of the results this program achieved and honoured to see our shared commitment recognised by Brandon Hall Group.”

The Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards are among the most respected recognitions in learning and human capital innovation. Speaking about this year’s winners, Rachel Cooke, Chief Operating Officer of Brandon Hall Group, noted that the awardees represent “the most forward-thinking innovations shaping the future of learning, talent, and human capital management,” adding that they demonstrate how technology can “unlock new possibilities — improving performance, enabling smarter decision-making, and transforming how organisations support and develop their people.”

This win is especially meaningful given the rigorous selection process. As Mike Cooke, CEO of Brandon Hall Group, explained, the Technology Awards recognise solutions that deliver “true innovation, functional excellence, and quantifiable business impact.” For Learnlight and Salesforce, this business impact was at the core of our submission — demonstrating measurable improvements in employee confidence, communication effectiveness, and cross-regional collaboration.

For Salesforce, the program became a catalyst for empowering employees to navigate global contexts with greater ease and professionalism. For Learnlight, it reinforced our mission to blend human expertise with technological innovation in a way that produces tangible, lasting results for organisations and their people.

This Bronze award is not just a shared accolade — it is a celebration of what purposeful partnership can achieve. It honours the employees who invested in their growth, the Learnlight trainers who guided their journey, and the teams on both sides who worked tirelessly to create a learning experience that genuinely moved the needle.

Together, Learnlight and Salesforce have demonstrated the power of communication training to transform performance — and we are proud to see that impact recognised on a global stage.
