Learnlight and Novartis win prestigious Chief Learning Officer award!

Learnlight is delighted to announce that, in collaboration with Novartis, it won the bronze award for the Excellence in Partnership honor at the Chief Learning Officer awards 2019.
The CLO Learning in Practice awards, organized by CLO Media, recognize learning leaders who have demonstrated excellence in the design and delivery of employee development programs. Started in 2003, the awards have become a benchmark of quality and innovation within the learning industry. Each year more than 200 nominations are received for the various categories.
The Excellence in partnership award applauds suppliers that have effectively supported a client’s learning and development function to set strategy or establish or implement a program via consulting whole or partial outsources services. Learnlight and Novartis were nominated for their collaborative project in transforming their language training program.
Since its launch in 2018, Learnlight has onboarded to its Learning Platform, more than 10,000 Novartis employees and in more than 120 countries.
Novartis implemented a revolutionary digital and virtual language training strategy at global level, resulting in increased engagement, ROI and training consistency. Novartis partnered with Learnlight to deliver training in six languages as part of this digital transformation initiative.

This success follows the 2018 gold award for Blended Learning that recognized Learnlight for deploying a variety of tools in support for a client’s learning program. To be considered for the gold, silver or bronze award, Learnlight had to demonstrate how it delivered engaging learning using multiple modalities. It successfully showcased this approach with its high-impact digital transformation program for Deutsche Telekom, reaching over 4,000 employees in over 30 countries.
